Enquiries and bookings
A booking is confirmed only when PurrPals expressly accepts the requested dates and both parties agree to the service details, charges and any required conditions. Submitting the website form or sending a WhatsApp message is an enquiry, not a confirmed reservation.
Accurate care information
Pet parents are responsible for sharing complete and accurate information about their cat’s health, vaccinations, medication, diet, temperament, routines, emergency contacts and any known risks. PurrPals may decline or modify a service when the available care arrangement is not suitable for a cat’s needs.
Health and emergencies
Before confirming a booking, PurrPals should provide its current requirements for health records, veterinary contact details, medication, emergency treatment authorisation and reimbursement of veterinary expenses. Those confirmed booking terms take priority over this general website page.
Charges, cancellations and refunds
Prices, deposits, payment dates, cancellation terms and any refund eligibility must be confirmed directly with PurrPals before booking. Do not publish fixed terms here until the owner has approved a complete policy.
